⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at Glowing Smile in Troy. I brought both of my children in, and from the moment we walked through the door, the entire staff was phenomenal. Everyone was welcoming, patient, professional, and genuinely kind. The doctor is absolutely amazing! She took the time to explain everything clearly, made my children feel comfortable, and never made the appointment feel rushed. As a parent, I really appreciated her level of care, attention, and professionalism. The entire office has such a warm and positive atmosphere. You can tell that the doctor and her staff genuinely care about their patients and the experience families have while they’re there. Finding a dental office where you feel this comfortable and confident bringing your children means a lot. I’m so glad we found Glowing Smile and would absolutely recommend them to other families!

Dr. Nikki sincerely, thank you! I woke up Friday evening in excruciating pain. I called Glowing Smiles Dental as soon as they opened, and not only were they able to work me into the schedule, but Dr. Nikki was late spending time with her family to ensure I was no longer in pain. You not only have my gratitude, but my respect & business forever! Thanks again Dr. Nikki. Additionally, shout out to Shawanna! She put me at peace and we laughed up until I had no more pain in my teeth lol!

I experience severe dental anxiety and have trouble finding a good dentist that makes me comfortable.That said, I’m so glad I found this office. The doctor is wonderful, she was so thorough while explaining my care plan, all of the staff are so kind especially Lady who works at the front desk. She’s an absolute angel.I would recommend this place a thousand times over!

I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist until I started coming here. The entire staff is very friendly and makes your visit as comfortable as possible. Dr Nikki is an amazing friendly doctor that knows what she’s doing. If you’re on the fence about coming here for the first time, don’t think twice about it, you won’t regret coming here. Joe J.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! I have never had a good experience at any dental appointment, my anxiety was at an all time high because of that. The front desk receptionist Leidy was very pleasant and welcoming and didn’t make me feel rushed during checking in and checking out. Abby the hygienist was absolutely amazing!!! She was very attentive and listened to all my concerns and told me what she was doing every step of the way throughout my service. She checked in throughout each step and completely soothe all my anxiety. She was very friendly and extremely patient I would prefer her to be my hygienist each and every visit lol. Dr. Nikki was just as attentive and so thorough and super informative. Every question I had she answered and made sure I knew what would be the next steps for my upcoming appointments. She didn’t rush my appointment and the way she speaks to her staff is so respectful and refreshing to experience. Coming from someone who works in healthcare you don’t come across that very often. Overall the facility was very clean and nice and they are definitely kid friendly, from what I could overhear all of the staff was great. This will be my permanent d
